Default Body Lift and Towing 28'er

Will a 3' Body lift affect the stability, feel or safety of towing a 28' Travel Trailer?

I only ask because I just put on a hard somewhat heavy Tonneau cover and I could feel the difference in weight shift when turning into corners. (without towing the trailer)

If it's a bumper pull yes and if it's a frame mounted hitch you shouldn't. The only thing you change is the weight on top of the frame not how it pulled through the frame. The higher you put the weight the more body roll. You could get a beafer front sway bar and add a rear sway bar to help out plus a good set of shocks will help.
