In my earlier replies, I assumed you had a later-model F-150. But it was produced in August, 2013, so it's either the last of the 2013s or the first of the 2014s. So it has a steel bed and more GVWR than the 2015-up aluminum bed F-150s. The contents of the max tow package varies with year of production.
IIRC, 2013 and 2014 F-150s had the same max tow pkg. Max tow gave you max pulling power and torque but not max payload capacity unless it also has the HD payload package (HDPP). If your F-150 has max tow, then you have:
3.5L EcoBoost engine
3.73 axle ratio
Trailer tow mirrors
Integrated trailer brake controller
A small increase in GVWR (payload capacity)
Plus the same items included in the regular tow pkg:
Receiver hitch
7-pin wiring harness
Select shift transmission
Auxiliary transmission oil cooler
Upgraded radiator
If you have the other items included in max tow, I suspect you have max tow only because you have 7,350 GVWR whereas most 2013/14 F-150s with 3.5L Ecoboost engine and regular tow pkg have 7,200 GVWR.

Then you don't have max tow. Max tow was not available with the 5.0L V8 engine. Depending on trim, it required either the 3.5L EcoBoost or the 6.2L V8 engine. Trailer brake controller was part of max tow, but also available as a stand-alone option with regular tow. 36-gallon gas tank was not a stand-alone option, but was part of either 4x4 option or the 6.2L engine option. Tow mirrors were part of max tow, and I don't think they were available as a stand-alone option. I know on my 2012, tow mirrors were available only as part of the max tow pkg, so I added tow mirrors from the accessories catalog.

Your ball height needs to allow the trailer deck/floor to be level once attached to the truck and loaded. Someone earlier said it doesn't need to be... that's incorrect, if you want it to pull properly while towing.
