Ok I want to install air bags but when you do it do you have to have on board air or can you just do it with an air compressed

Both. For instance some of our 150's at work have the bags on the rear and just have lines ran to a tee, then a line running to the bumper. Schrader valve installed in the bumper next to the tag. Just air it up like a tire.

Disadvantage to the tee setup is air can flow from one bag to another. Better to have separate lines. Going around a corner with a load and tee can move air out of the outside bag just when you need it most.

I live my Firestone ride rites and wireless AirLift controller. On onboard compressor rules.

I put mine on last week and it only took about 1.5 including beer breaks, running air lines, jacking it up and taking tires off/on.

Do NOT run airlines to a tee. You want them seperate so air is not squeezed out of one air spring to the other side.
Minimum is 5psi, max is 100psi of air. Ideal procedure would to inflate 30-50psi, load truck up and inflate/deflate until truck is level.
