Thanks the trailer is an Outback 240 URS. It's a side loading "Toy Hauler" in that the large side door folds down as a ramp. It holds 2 dirt bikes or my Multistrada depending on the type of trip. 4950 dry weight, 7500 fully loaded. I usually roll at about 6500 or so. It's a good set up if motorcycles are apart of your camping trips. There are 2 fold up bunks in the garage area as well. I run the Equalizer 4 point and it's performed great.

Nice trailers! And trucks

Did you notice quite a difference from the 11 to the 18 towing?
Do you happen to tow much in high elevation ond/or mountains by chance?

the 3.5 has tons more torque. It may also be the 10 speed transmission which I love. The 5.0 was smoother getting to speed. Unfortunately, can’t give you good information on elevation as the highest pass I’ve dealt with was about 3500 feet. Fuel mileage in both vehicles is fairly comparable with the nod going to the 3.5 by about 1/2 mpg so far. When I’m not pulling a trailer fuel mileage in the 3.5 is considerably better. Seeing 21+ highway at speeds under 70 mph. The 3.5 is quieter at speeds though and I will say I’m glad not to have the V8 drone.

Oh nevermind, I miss read your other post, I thought you said you went from a 2011 5.0 to a 2018 5.0.
Yeah I'm on my 2nd ecoboost truck now and am trading in for a 2019 5.0 next year..
Thanks though

Very nice set ups you guys! Very nice!

Any of you happen to tow much in high elevation and/or through mountains by chance?
