Default 2019 receiver and differential

My 2019 F150 XL 2.7L didn't come with a tow package or limited slip. I want to add a receiver and limited slip.

There are lots of aftermarket options, but wondering if the 'factory' option requires too much extra effort. It looks like you have to remove the bumper to install the factory one, but can't find any details through searches.

The parts guy at Ford didn't have a clear answer on what I needed to add limited slip... Anyone done this?

Thanks...

Assuming you have the Super 8.8, there is one company that makes a limited slip for it - Yukon (which is literally a Mustang LSD machined for c-clips). They also sell the factory electronic locking differential, but the process to wire it like factory probably isn't worth it.

Thanks. So I guess this might be it: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/yga-20162. Now I have to figure out what it takes to do it...

That says Ford 8.8. You have the super 8.8. There is a difference.

If that's the one from a Mustang it should be a Torsen which is a gear type torque biasing differential and a very good unit from a traction standpoint. It can actually send may times the torque to the wheel with traction than the one without.
