Bike on the back of the trailer is not going to be a good deal. You will want 12-15% of the total trailer weight on the tongue. You unload the tongue with 250 lbs of bike plus 100 lbs of rack and gusset (to make sure the bike is not someones hood ornament) and you are going to have a very white knuckle drive with that trailer swaying.

Looking at the truck numbers, you have an extra 500 lbs of cargo capacity on the axles if you are willing to upgrade the suspension and add the extra cooling options that come with the max tow. The radiator, trans and power steering coolers will be more important than the suspension differences, but all would the best.

As it sits, I would say you really need to think about taking a second vehicle for the bike and the genny.

The 3.73's get you another 500# of GVW, all on the rear axle, because the 3.73's use a bigger housing than the 3.55's
With the Standard tow package, 3.55's and 3.73's have the same trailer tow rating. The Max package has a bigger radiator over the Standard package, 41-tube vs 51-tube per Ford.
Welcome to 1/2 ton towing, where you run out of GVW before you run out of trailer tow capacity!
My brother welded a 2" tow receiver to the back of his 5er, but reinforced the bumper to frame connections when he did it. On the Jayco I'd be worried about bending the frame if you tried to carry your bike. If you could relocate the trailer spare to under the tongue it would help balance out the bike on the rear if you feel lucky about trying it.
Power-wise, towing the trailer with the EB won't be a problem, it'll be keeping the weights in line.
Our 3800# (empty) trailer towed like it wasn't even there compared to my Envoy. The new trailer will come in around 4500# dry and I don't expect it to be an issue.
If it squats too much you could add a set of air bags, just realize you'll be over your rear axle and probably GVW rating. The EB will have the power to do it though.

keep the tongue weight at 10-15% of the trailer or you could end up with trailer sway.
29 Yayco TT 5400dry 7500 gvwr; When towing the weight comes in approx. 6600

Put the truck on a scale solo and then with the trailer; the weight difference is the tongue weight. Have approx. 650 weight on tongue

If you weigh the truck and it is say 6,000#'s.

Then hook up trailer 10,000# and weigh both at at 16,000#.

The tongue weight is 6,000#?????

I must have missed something!

guess I should have been more clearer

weigh the truck by itself with grub to get the trucks true weight; 4 wheels on the scale

weigh the truck again with the trailer attached; only the truck 4 wheels on the scale; the difference in the weight will be the tongue weight.

I went with a loaded trailer and my rear weight exceeded the rear axle by 200lbs, like the other post stated; with a half ton you are under what is rated to pull; but the trailer weight will bring you close or over your trucks GVWR or axle restriction.
