2.7 max towing ?
Is there such a thing . More interested in auxiliary coolers, larger radiator than anything else . My understanding from the 3.5 max tow, is that’s what you get . Correct me if wrong . Thanks

Theres really only two radiators available, but there are aftermarket options out there.
As far as getting the best from the factory, if your 2.7 truck came with a class 4 hitch, you have the best radiator and upgraded fans too.
No need for an aux cooler.

A very good friend of mine has a 2020 XLT Sport Screw 2.7 with the factory class 4 hitch and 7 pin wiring, but does not have the tow package. His truck is rated to tow 5,000 lbs and does not have the larger capacity coolers. I don't know why Ford allows that build, but dealer lots were FULL of those trucks (back when they had inventory).
In order to have the upgraded cooling, you have to have the Trailer Tow Package.
As for Max Tow, it includes far more things than just cooling items. It includes a different steering rack, front sway bar, 9.75" rear end with 3/4 floating axles, thicker frame, beefier rear hitch, trailer brake controller, Technology Tow package, etc.
This is, sadly, not true. The hitch is available as a stand alone option without any tow package.

If the window sticker said class 4 hitch it's a 53B.
As to the O/P's question
There is a 2.7 payload package available that for 2021 claims certain 2.7 configuration can tow up to 10,100lbs
The factory class 4 hitch and 7 pin wiring = 53B towing package and included the upgraded rad and fans in a 2020 2.7 eco.

What 53B does not include is the Aux. Transmission Cooler. Either way, F150's are rated to 5,000 lbs without 53A (Trailer Tow Package) or 53C (Max Trailer Tow Package).
That sounds like the bumper only tow Max rating or without use of the WDH. The 10-speed has a different cooling setup that doesn’t require the aux coolers that the 6-speed did.
There is no F150 limit to 5,000# per the towing guide as far as ratings go these days. Even the non-tow package 3.3 models with the Super 8.8 rear and 6-speed was rated higher than that.

so the 10 speed doesn’t need one ? I’m not actually planing on maxing the thing out weight wise. Not even close. But I do believe in overkill where cooling is required. Never been in a 2.7, only 3.5. So only trying to cover my bases. Just had a good opportunity on a 2.7, so considering it . Thank for all the replies so far
Putting a lower temp thermostat in my truck made a pretty big difference in the operating temp of the transmission.

The class 4 hitch option(53B) is in itself a medium duty tow package option. In getting that with the 2.7 EB you do get all the upgraded cooling. This topic has been beaten to death here, and is very well known. There is no higher level of cooling to get for the EB motor.
The tow package(53A) gets the same as above, with the upgrade front stabilizer and pro backup assist.
Max tow is a separate option.
53B 2.7L trucks are rated for 6,000 lbs.
