Default Is the site hacked

Every time I log into the 2015+ section I get hit with a pop up ad that takes over. "Congratulations your iPhone 6 has been....."

It is only on this site. No other sites.

Sounds like you have some malware on your pc. Go to www.malwarebytes.com and get their free software, it will remove any thing it finds as malicious or other wise.

Been using it for years.

It's not on a PC; happening on iPhone. It's happening to me, too. I created a thread about it this morning thinking it was advertising agreements that have gone overboard.

IC said the blind man, I don't use my mobile phone to access this site except for messages and even then it's rare.

Yeah. Mobile is ridiculous with pop up. I had when I have to use it over the app. (Google searching)

If you can jail break (iPhone) or root (android) they have apps that remove all ads.

this one isn't an ad, its a scareware. When browsing on mobile certain pages will redirect to this scareware page and wont allow going back or closing tab. I'll see if I can replicate it again later today. Has happened to me on an iPhone, Android, and multiple Windows Phones.

Ad I am ok with. This takes over the phone and changes applications and tries to get you to download items. That's not an ad. That's poor website management.
