It's an 01 Lariat. This tax bill is $45. The last bill was over $50 but I'm not sure by how much.

That's weird I wonder why mine is so much? Probably cause I pay it once a year not twice

Nothing Unusual to report at this time.

I put the Tonneau cover on for winter and haphazardly painted the billet grill black. I'll need to pull it out and do it right next spring or when I get a garage. It's good enough for now.

I'm not planning on any other mods right now other than a GT500 hood vent. I should be ordering it next week and will install it either as soon as I get it or after winter before my Mohave trip & badlands trip.

I had considered an aftermarket hood but I like the stock lines just fine and I don't need anything to attract attention. This will help extract the heat from the engine compartment without looking like an abortion.

I've seen one other 10th Gen on here with one but I don't know of anything about it.

When I start another SN95 Cobra build I'll put one on it as well. :0)

Got a link or picture of the hood vent you're talking about?

After the Radiator, the E-fans and this, I shouldn't have any issues towing the boat or race car through the mountains. :0)

I will need to make some sort of rain drain and some sort of closeable vent for when it's not needed.

I hope so. I know I've seen it on another 10th gen but I can't seem to find it anymore.

I may, down the line, put a blower on the new engine so I can't see any real downside to it.

If it looks and functions great then I'll leave it, if not, I'll just invest in a new Cowl hood down the road when I get the truck repainted.

Very cool, I'll wait to see how it looks and works on yours before I copy it! Be sure and post lots of pictures of how you do it.

I finally put in the green LED's in the gauge display. They look pretty good except I bumped one lose and need to pull it back out to tighten it. Here's a picture.

I don't care for the trend that everyone follows to put in blue LEDs. Greens just fine with me.
