Do you have some meats to put on that for tires or just stock for now? I'm starting to second guess if I still want my leveling kit anymore, cause I really want a 4" lift now....its a slippery slope. You'll have to let me know how that thing rides with those bilsteins. I think mine rides a little rougher than it did before and was looking at some fox shocks but bilsteins would probably be a little cheaper.

No not yet but soon. I'll probably get tires then wheels. My stock wheels are 20's and I'm getting 20" fuel hostages so I'd be better off getting the tires first. Just going to get the biggest size DuraTrac I can get without rubbing.

I had an hour ride home with the bilsteins. Easily better than stock. Changing lanes and making quick turns have much less body roll. This is the brake in period so I can say much for ride over bumps and what not yet. But not worse than stock for sure. They'll only get better. I find it sits nicely. I haven't taken the measurements yet and these are the only pics I have at the moment. Hopefully better ones tomorrow. Definitely feels more like a truck and when beside a stock trucks it makes it look tiny.

Yeah I would have liked Fox but for what i use the truck for and how long I'll have it I don't think it's worth it. I would've also liked to do 4" lift but my old man needs the truck too lol.

Again, don't judge from these pics. Bad angles, trucks dirty, I was just trying to get quick shots on my way home. More tomorrow

Well the fox shocks i'm looking at would be the cheaper 2.0s that are 220 per pair so nothing too carried away. My truck looks the same way, its hard to keep it clean when the high temp for the last 2 weeks has been anywhere from -10°F to 15°F. I have a tax return check coming and I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to buy with it...amp research steps, sct tuner with 5 star custom tunes, 4"lift, afe intercooler pipe, new rims, shocks, the possibilities are endless.

I'd like to say I'm running Fox's, but like I said just wouldn't make sense for me.
Yeah I hear you. I try to wash only when higher than -5 to avoid freezing the thing.
While I was at the shop I actually had them write me up a quote for amps, they're in my future too.
Along with the long list of other things: exhaust, grille, D2's, MaxTow's, wheels/tires, then all the little inexpensive things that actually add up.

Also, are you just running a 2" level? That pic of your ATV in the bed looks like the truck is low but still level...
How are you liking the 2 stage intake? I've heard good and bad so I'm on the fence, my exhaust is also going to be pretty loud so I'm not sure if I want the extra sucking, and I'm not sure how much good the lid you can get does.
And are you tuned?

Looking good Wolf. I dont think I will be able to hang with you. I think I'm about done with my mods...maybe a bull bar and some lights. I'm thinking I will want a 2016.

I did but $176 worth of stuff at Autogeek to wash it with when the weather gets better. Does that count as a mod? lol

Thanks bud, I hear you, when I saw the 15 I majorly changed my list, but it's still substantial. I'm shooting for a 16 too. I figure the things I spend a lot of money on are justified and worth it till I trade. And some I'll be able to take off and bring over or sell aside.
It also depends on what speculation would be like for the refreshed 17.
Anyway my list is still long and painful lol

A clean truck is a happy truck. And if this true my truck is furious and I know I'll be pissed I neglected her hygiene when I see how good she looks washed

I'm running a 2" level with a 3" block in the rear. The picture with the atv is from the day I brought it home, so its completely stock in that picture. The pictures with it in the snow are the newest ones with the level and block on it.
I like stage 2 kit, can't say it gave me much more power but I like the sound of it and when I get the truck tuned they can add more power with the intake. I just put the intake lid on 2 days ago cause I opened the hood after it had snowed a little and found a couple flakes around the filters. Once I get a tuner i'm going to run it with and without the lid and see what the air intake temps do. With the lid the turbos aren't quite as loud and the only time you hear them is when you pull a big hill which puts a grin on my face anyways so I don't mind it. If you do decide you want that intake you need to talk to Terry at AFE ext:7165 and say Kent sent you. He gave me a hell of a deal on the intake lid and quoted me a really good deal on the intercooler tube. I won't say how much it was but I will definitely buy it from him when I do get one. He told me to send all my friends to him and they will also get really good deals.

Looking good! You have more gumption than I do - I'm too afraid to mess with the MPG, and I actually like the stock rake. But it sure looks good!

BTW - did you get the VLED tritons? If you did, you probably ran into the same issue I did: I noticed after several days that the switchbacks randomly flash to amber for a second or two. VLED tech support said that it's a Ford issue, and the OBC needs to see a continuous 8v to the lights or they'll do this. They offered to return free of charge but also said that if you turn off the DRLs the problem goes away. Not an option for you in Canada but I might do it - the tech rep said that they had worked w/someone in Canada about this and I thought it might be you.

Great looking truck! Can't wait to see bigger tires on there.
