Default Prerunner bumper

I'm going to make my bumper soon and have some questions first. It's a 00 f150 and planning on going with a 2" pipe around the bottom of the grill and a skid plate from the frame rails up to the pipe. The skid plate is 3/16 steel and the pipe is about 20lbs. Am I going to have too much weight? I also have to trim the frame to make the bumper

It will weigh less than stock probably. But this thread belongs in the 97-03 section. Not the members builds.
