Default Pin out knowledge

Does anyone know the pinout for a 2016 f150 XLT for the radio?
long story short. I have upgraded from sync 1(4in screen) to sync 3(8in screen) and bought a conversation harness but after hooking everything up everything worked minus the ability to hear over bluetooth when on the phone hands free.
I have replaced the harness and checked all that I can with forscan to see if anything could be wrong programing wise. I am at my wits end, but don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for the dealership to say that can't fix it.

Any help.would be great. TIA

Are you sure it's not a compatibility problem with the phone? Try using a different phone... and make sure all your BlueTooth is set up.

Its not the phone. Bluetooth is all set up correctly. It has to be a pin out issue in the harness. Everytime i get or make a phone call the radio reverts back to the am/fm radio, but if I'm watching a video the bluetooth works fine.

If you are fairly convinced it is a harness (pin put) problem, I suppose you can try comparing output diagrams from shop manuals with the Sync 3 vs the Sync 4 and see if there's anywhere near enough information on them to match them up. Unfortunately in the earlier years at least, some connector outputs seem to be software-selected. Probably a good idea to private-message those guys who have this experience with conversions and see if any can offer an experienced clue. Maybe start with the harness provider? I know I'm not very helpful, but I run into problems like this with the Ford software and there truly are too many mysteries and barely any available documentation.

You can pay for access to the Ford service and wiring manuals via the link below, from 72 hours to a year. The 72 hour option is quite reasonable.

Seems like a software or potentially a hardware issue. If Bluetooth audio works fine then I can't see it being a wiring problem.

Do Sync voice commands work? Does music streaming from your phone work?
