I have a new to me head ache rack that I want to put on my 09 fx4. The rack had a couple of rust spots and some scratches. It also has a rubbery paint that's not the line X stuff. Its kida a pain to sand off so I am just going to sand blast it off. What kind of paint should I repaint the rack with. I was just thinking about cleaning and prepping it good and then going with a good spray paint. Any thoughts?

 

Is powder coat an option?
