Just purchased a 2017 f150 super crew stx with 2.7L engine. It has 136k miles and i want to do my own oil changes. My question is. I see different types of mobile1 full synthetic oil 10/30 and wanted to know what’s best with so many miles. Love the forum and apreciate your help guys

It takes 5w30, not 10.

Use whatever you’d like, just keep the oil changed every 3-5k to keep the turbos clean and happy.
