There are sooo many threads about it but I can keep it sweet and simple, the tuner just isn't worth the money without the custom tunes.
I'm in the same boat sorta. I have MBRP catback and soon the GOTTS, no performance mods planned really. Just daily driver and eventually pulling a small camper. Is it still worth it for the custom tunes? If so, I don't believe Franchi offers custom tunes so I'd go with either 5 Star or MPT...... Either one better than the other?

The mods to your i take and exhaust do very little without a tune. I highly suggest a custom tune. I got my SCT X4 from Franchi as he sells the device for the best price, but went to MPT for the tune. I haven't used 5* but I spent a lot of time researching reviews of each and decided on MPT. I'm sure you can't go wrong with either. You could get a performance tune for fun and a towing tune for when you tow

Gonna buy new mirrors. Mine right now are manual and I found this set of super duty style with a whole wiring harness and switches I can install on my dash

I was looking at those too. The power folds are almost double the manual ones but I am coming from the power folds and am not about to spend money to lose features lol.

It is a good looking mirror though, tow mirrors look good on your truck!

Ah I read your first post wrong. Truck doesn't have power fold, mirrors do, will be adding the switch for power to the truck. I follow now!

Hahah yep exactly what I meant! So these are perfect for me. I really like the markers on the side as opposed to my current ones which are just a strip and a few leds on one side are starting to go out..perfect time to upgrade
