My build thread(help wanted)
i just recently bought a f150 XLT Lariat 4.9L I6 4wd 5spd trans short bed
i want to start building on it, it already has a 2-3 in. body lift on it and 33s. as of right now i wanna put a super 44 on it or straight pipe? and another 2in. suspension lift.
i need some ideas on what else to do i wanna do some performance mods i just don't know where to start, im open to just about anything so all comments are welcome.
heres a picture more will come tomorrow

yeah i was thinking some lights on the grill gaurd, i have a toolbox already, and i was curious if the the lights that run across the top of the cab like most the f2-350s have would look?
Electric fan, msd6, and a flowmaster will pay for themselves in gas mileage, and make it faster. I split the exaughst behind the o2 sensor on my 89 then ran 2.25" dual pipes and cherry bombs exiting under the box side. Sounded more like a couple of harleys than a truck, flowmaster sounds good and doesn't echo in the cab, mines a 40 I think, its been under the truck five years, so money well spent.
As for looks, I d build some prerunner bumpers, but the stuff you got doesn't look bad, shine up the rims, the chrome centers from OEM ford rims would go on those with a little work with a drill and tap, these trucks look way better with square off road lights, a bed bar, rollbar, whatever would look good.
I d love to see a picture of it parked on top of the mustang.
