My 2001 F150 Transformation.
Well since I've joined this forum i haven't started a thread of basically the transformation my truck has taken over the past year I've had it. This truck has been real good to me other then a few things happened:
- Blew a spark plug out of cylinder #3
- Left control arm gave me a death wobble at 50+ MPH
- Bad TPS
other then that this truck has been amazing to me and i love driving this thing. Still a work in progress with lots of mods to come to addition to what i have already done. So i have some pictures the day i brought her home to till how she sits today.
The day I brought her home:
My girlfriend and her friend had a hay day when i got my truck too that day haha
The days after:
So i love exhaust so the first mod I did was SI/DO exhaust with no muffler straight back with BABY tips this was the first time i did my exhaust the LED light bar did not last very long:
Next I saved up for some rims and put on a bull guard that my day had cut up to fit my f150 and slapped on 4 fog lights to it:

Then came some lighting mods:
Green LEDs lighting up the floor (+ girlfriends legs haha took it after we got back from going out)
I then bought some Lighting headlights to put on:
My girlfriend bought me some HIDS(I know shes a keeper!):
I figured it was time to do something a little different to my exhaust so i upgraded to some big boy tips and angled them out:
Now the more recent mods are:
- Got rid of lariat pin striping
- Tinted tail lights
- FX4 decals:
- RBP Locking gas tank door
- Depo fog lamps
- 285/70/17 Hankook Dynapro MT tires
- and some patch work on rust to stop it from rusting anymore for now
- Tool box
As you can see lots has been done but lots more are planned. I'm more than excited to get started on the next mods to come! Some include:
- Fix rust and bed line the bottom half of truck
- True dual exhaust with no muffler and X pipe
- Pioneer AVH-X2500BT head unit
- Pillar gauges?
- CAI
- Programmer
- Possibly removing bull gaurd fog lights and bug guard and painting grill black and placing green LEDS behind the grill.
Mods are kinda on hold just for now as i am saving up for a trip to go get my girlfriend from basic training in less then 2 weeks away!
