After going up the mt came back and got to work. Took out the back seat and removed some trim, getting ready to swap windows. What's that connector for?

I noticed there is one on each side. Each connector only has one wire going into it though...so maybe one's power one is ground?

Nope both wires are solid black. That's what is kind of throwing me off. If I can figure out what they do I might swing by the dealership after work and have them pull up a diagram and see if they can tell me.

truck is looking good man. How much did the rear window set you back? And how hard is it to install? Is there a factory location for the switch? I just installed a MBRP dual side exit in Stainless, nice kit! Having trouble getting the clamps to seal the system, gonna head out to carriage works and get it welded on I think. The pics above.....brown mountain??

One last question you happy with the 5100 bilsteins....I'm saving I have 78K on the clock and I think its strut and shock time. I really want to level it out so I can pick up some wheels and tires by next summer.

Hey man thanks! The window from Karlsons was 260 something then add tax. It's a manual slider no defrost, didn't know the truck was wired for it till I had already ordered an paid for the window. I have it installed, it's not super hard, I could swing by your place and let ya check it out and explain or help ya out if you need me to. Carriage works does shoddy work, I got mine welded at Shaub, Milo does pretty good work. As for the 5100's they add a lot to the truck. I can take ya for a spin sometime if you want. I'm down for meeting a local F150 guy.

Default Window is in!

Replaced the window last night. Got some great advice from kozal01 and 07_F150_XLT_Scab, so thank you both for that. It took me maybe all of 1 hour to remove the solid glass, clean and prep the area and install the new manual sliding window. Now for some pictures!

Old Window removed:

Area all cleaned:

New window in!

**Bumper 0Updat: Body shop called, new bumper is here and new upper bumper cover will be painted by Friday, so hopefully this weekend I can replace the bumper(s) and then it's just waiting on the fog light set up I want.
