I had a sample pulled and never sent it off. It’s been an oil change or two ago, still on my workbench. I don’t even remember what oil it had in at the time.
But yeah, maybe next oil change I’ll grab the extra kit I have and maybe send it off for real this time. 182,xxx miles, wouldn’t hurt in my case.

Can be worth doing some samples to get delta information, a little like dyno'ing, better used for baseline/delta comparison than anything.
Ecoboosts are dirty, change it often, especially if you fall into the severe duty driving-type (most people do) I'd recommend Quaker State full synthetic, it's been showing very good results in mine, even after towing through the clouds.
Here are the samples i've taken in the last 4 years, starting with Motorcraft (because dealer) Pennzoil plat 5w30, and then QSFS 5w30.
The iron samples are interesting to see and i can tell when i was towing, the extra "high" iron sample was when i towed my camper on a ~1300 mile camping trip to Glacier, which had some serious climbs, and, unbeknown to me at the time, the camper had a bent axle, causing side sheer on the tyres, making it a massive extra drag for the truck to pull.

I change my oil between 3k-5k now and will sell the truck before it hits 100k, so no oil analysis for me, lol.
when I had my 2017, I was going to get an analysis done of the catch can oil…now that I’d like to see. I think you need 4oz to test, never got that far before the truck kept leaking oil.

I have always used Mobil1. I may reconsider that now after reading Maxx's posts. The last analysis I had done was actually with Quaker State full synthetic because there was no Mobil1 at the local Wal-Mart. I use 5w30 and Motorcraft filters. I try to keep it to 5k mile oil changes, but you can see the time before with Mobil1 it got pushed to 7.5k. Other than that I am usually in the 5k range. Iron and Boron were lower with the QSFS, but it seems that Molybdenum (what the hell is even that) and Calcium jumped up.

Lower OCI is going to be better IMO.
