This has been one heck of a month - I ordered everything I needed to complete the 360 camera install only to find out the front camera harness is on backorder until at least the end of the month. Yesterday I loaded my Labs into the truck to get their yearly checkup, when I arrived at the vets I opened the door to find the LH running board motor had crapped out on me
I had a feeling that may happen eventually because the truck I got them from had caught fire, & although the motors themselves hadn't burned you could see where they were exposed to a lot of heat

Most of the parts needed for my 360 install have arrived, so I can start that soon.
I received my replacement running board motor & have it installed - side note UPS is HELL on packages, look at the condition of the box that the motor was in:
This is the box that the actual motor was in, Tasca parts had packed this inside of another box with packing material around it...
This is the outer box....

+1 on UPS. Especially larger, heavier packages. Props to Tasca on that packing job.

When I first unpacked it I was really worried, there was a small piece of plastic stuck to the edge of the biggest hole in the smaller box.....turned out to be one side of the connector clip that mounts the pigtail to the motor. Everything worked so I'm not going to raise a big hoopla with Tasca over something I zip-tied in place & will (Hopefully) never have to deal with again.

Yeah I would be upset about that. I wonder if it’s possible to request a different shipper? I know I do it with Amazon because their fly by night guys suck. UPS is ok with small packages but it’s almost every time that a big box will get completely abused. They really don’t care either. They should though cuz they’re not the only game in town.

Agreed....if they hadn't of placed the package in another box UPS would have probably thrown my motor out the side of the package
