Not many people on the road will get it but those that do, usually think it's hilarious.

Always! I like bright blue well enough that a friend tried to patent a bright color blue as Franchi Blue legally a few years ago. Until he found out just how length and expensive it is to patent a color.

I still think it was a brilliant idea. lol
