Jon it is worth mentioning that these are not a direct fit....you will need to trim your bumper cover & the tabs on the lights to make them sit properly. More info can be found here: https://www.f150forum.com/f118/f250-...2/#post5270013

How did you update to sync 3? Just replace entire head unit?

Yes you have to change the entire head unit (screen & APIM) to one that's sync 3

I am ok modifying the bumper cover. Seems easy enough! Bulb sockets plug right in though?

Those SE LED headlights will not fit a XLT, they are for XL only. I will PM you my address.
