Hey just stumbled onto your build. I like it! I'm tossing around putting a levelling kit in my truck, but I keep stalling. Mostly because I don't actually have the bigger tires and rims yet, but also because I want to make sure I do it right the first time, and just throwing a 2 " level in the front doesn't really seem right to me. So, I'm interested, why go the airbag route? What does it help with? Would you do it again? If u can't tell, I don't know the most about lifting and levelling, so I appreciate your time and explanation.
The leveling kit really improves the appearance of any newer truck that is all raked out from the factory. I went up to 33" tire before leveling my truck out then added the front leveling kit later on once I made my mind up. So the leveling kit will level everything out, but when you tow heavy it will no longer be level... the rear end will sit lower and appear to be sagging because the front is now leveled up. This is why I installed the airbags... I can adjust the rear ride height depending on what I'm towing and still tow with a leveled truck.
Let me know if that makes since. Hope it helps.
