We did 10 when I first hired on and it would "count towards our 30 hour", but then they waited too long for it to count (which we were skeptical of anyway). Our contract has is listed that everyone above foreman needs OSHA 30 hour, and to be CPR/AED certified.

Lol. I'm not allowed to work at home, even on the days I'm only on the computer. At the beginning of the year I got sick and asked to work from home instead of burning a sick day (contagious so I didn't want to contaminate the whole office). My boss told me no, that I would have to use a sick day. Man, my phone rang more that day than I think it ever has. Lol
