Gloss, I thought about going semi gloss but decided I still wanted a lot of reflection from the switchbacks. It's Rust-Oleum for plastic. That pic is only the third coat, going to use multiple light coats to avoid any issues.

These things have been quite the adventure so far. I can say this, I am never tearing apart another set of these.

Cool. Our heads are three piece then? The lens, the bucket, and the trim you're painting?
I don't think your floor is likely any different than the rest of us!

Yup and all the reflector bowls are removable also.

One of my summer projects is to insulate and drywall the rest of the garage and either epoxy or the snap together tiles for the floor. I say that and it will probably be 5 years from now.

I used Rustoleum 2X for the 3 times I tore apart/painted/retrofitted headlights, worked great. I like your floor idea, the tiles would hold too much dirt for me though.

I'd like to do something like this but different colors.

That would be nice on the feet, legs, and back. But keeping clean might be hard. Clean? Why would you want it clean? Clean means you don't use it.

Played with Forscan today.

Got rid of the hyperflash, door ajar chime, fixed the speedo, increased turn signal flash to 5 and Bambi mod. $30 incredibly well spent on the speedo and hyper flash fix alone. As far as the speedo fix, it's right on according to my GPS up to 70mph, didn't figure I needed to go any faster.
