Default 3.7 ltr

MY friend is after a F150 and has been offered a screaming deal on a new basic 2011 3.7 ltr XLT extended cab. This would not be a work type truck more of a domestic run around with maybe a light towing life etc !! What are the general thoughts on the 3.7 compared to the 5.4 ltr ? Does it have enough power and torque ?

as a driver of one I would say yes. the 3.7 has enough torque and horsepower for light towing and if it is intended for just daily driver, offers the best gas mileage. I am more than happy with what the 3.7 puts out, and though it is no 5.0 of EB3.5, for daily driving it will hold its own, 300 horse from a non gas-guzzling v6 isnt too bad
