The Special Edition headlights and wheel combination look great together. Well done!
That's a beautiful truck with tasteful changes and modifications. You've done an excellent job sharing a detailed write up with great photos, too.
I'd like to change the chrome LED headlights on my 2018 Lariat Sport to the SE units too. They look right at home on the Sport trim.
Can you share your source for the SE headlights? Were you able to get a decent price on them? Any tips, other than time and patience, on the installation process? Sounds like it was somewhat involved.
Lastly, any updates in the blue window sill trim and B pillar install?

For my SE lights, I took the "easy way" out so I can not be as helpful with recommendations on sourcing for a good price, or even the installation unfortunately.
My truck came with the chrome LED lights. I picked up the smoked SE version from my local dealer, and actually had him swap the lights for me. A good friend of mine is the Service Director at my local Ford dealer. He was able to get the lights for me at his cost, which in the end, isn't all that great of a price considering. You can pick these up from online Ford Dealers at close to cost, and sometimes not pay the tax, but usually have to pay for shipping. Depending on where you are, that can add up because the boxes are rather large. I didn't have to pay shipping, but did have to pay the tax. I'll round up and say it cost about $2k for the headlights, brand new OEM, right from Ford. When the lights came in, my buddy took the truck to the dealer for me, and had his techs swap out the lights and didn't charge me anything, so it was probably the easiest mod I did!
I have seen a lot of resources around here on how to get the lights swapped. I'm convinced I could have done it, especially with all the pictures and videos on this forum alone. But in the end, I would have been crazy to try it myself with a certified Ford tech at my disposal to do the work.
In the end, I am so happy with the way these look, way better than the factory look. I was able to sell my set of chrome ones on the forum for about over $1k, so in the end, the mod did cost me less than $1k out of pocket, but probably the best mod I have done, in my opinion.

But, back to the questions at hand. The pillars and window trim. MBullock knocked the painting out of the park! Probably not a surprise to anyone who knows his work, but dam! I have actually had the parts for some time now, a week alone they sat at work before I got back to the office to pick them up. I'll show you what they look like, but probably won't have them all on until November, when I get to breath again!
Window trim just sitting there. Have to do put on the pillars before I can get these on, but know a lot wondered what these would look like.
I thought the first versions I had looked OK, despite the garbage under the clear coat. But this color really is vibrant. MBullock uses the real deal paint, and his work just shines. Really a nice match with the color and the metallic shines through!
Just the parts sitting as I find the time to breath lol! May even reach out to my buddy and see if his techs at the Ford dealer could take the old pillars off and put these on for me.

Thank you for the thorough reply on the headlights and trim.
I saw you had sold your chrome LED headlights- it's actually what led me to read your build thread because I wanted to see what you replaced them with.
I'm thinking I may pull the trigger to get the SE headlights knowing there is demand for the LED chrome housings to help offset the $2k up front cost of SEs.
