How long did it take you to swap in the new door modules and harnesses? Thinking about doing this and swapping Tow Mirrors.

We get hit with almost 2 feet of snow last week. Its been too cold to out out there and mess with that! All the wiring and modules are patiently waiting in my guest bedroom... Along with the fender flares. LOL

IIRC it only took me a 1 1/2 - 2 hours to change out both harnesses on my truck.
Sorry I havent been posting much lately. I bought a new toy and it kinda has put the f150 on the back burner. Also, have been getting the boat ready for summer. It hasnt been warm enough to put the flares on yet, but when I do I will be sure to post some pictures!!
In the meantime - anyone else ride??
