Thanks for this post! I put Katzskin leather in this weekend, eventually I want to go with an OEM console and floor shift. I was wondering how to get rid of the center seat belt bracket. You just answered my question.

yeah my guy said it was a bitch lol welded, rivited, and seam welded in took a minute but keep at it and she will pop off. Glad I was able to help someone.

Hopefully connect and power up the seats this weekend as all the coding is complete. A lot more work than we anticipated. Still waiting on painted plastics to finish out the sound system/interior install.
