The term "build" doesn't exactly apply but here is my 2017 XLT 5.0 with Chrome & FX4 package. I got a sweet deal on it a few months back being it was a demo and dealer was trying to get rid of the 17 models. My first upgrade was getting front windows tinted to match the rear. A MUST in south Louisiana heat!

After tint my next must was weather tech floor liners! Cant go wrong with them in a truck used for work. Then my next project was trimming that ugly lower air valance. didn't get a before pic but here is the after installed back on the truck. I used a drimel tool with cutting blade and trimmed along the existing edge, I may end up trimming a little more on the center section being there is still overhang past the brackets.

My next upgrade was going to be a leveling kit, but after seeing how beat up that aluminum bed was getting after loading parts and pallets in and out I decided the spray in bed liner was more important. Very pleased with the work my dealer did. Texture is a little softer than line x.

My next plans were a leveling kit and 295/60r20's but I ended up picking (stealing lol) up these bad boys from a good buddy upgrading to 37's after only 11k miles. One is actually brand new due to him hitting a dear and the front bumper gashing a slice in the old one. they are a 35x12.5 Toyo R/Ts so now I am undecided what to do with the level/lift to fit these.

Other future plans are to powder coat rims in satin black (loved loved that look on my 13 ingot silver w/ appearance package), other de-chroming, katskin leather, upgrade the audio system, and maybe a set of power running boards. Only takes money right! haha

Nice truck and you started very well with the upgrades. I think the lower valence looks just fine the way it is after you cut it. Welcome to the forum.

Ended up selling the 35's. Just didn't want to put a 4" lift or cut crash bars to fit them. Next up is a leveling kit for the truck and have to buy 2 new tires for the wife's car, hers are needed mine aren't so you can imagine how that convo went lol

Finally got the leveling kit ordered. Went with the 2" motofab. Plan on doing the install myself with the help of my brother in law who's a mechanic. we just need the crappy weather to cooperate

Keep it up!

I’m looking forwards to seeing the de-chromed ingot silver... should look awesome.
