I might try the dye, unfortunately the drivers side bottom is just completely gone (has a rip and has another spot fraying like a pair of Carhaart pants). I'm having an issue with finding an OEM bottom cover that isn't stupid expensive. For right now my fix is my butt covers it anyway so I don't see it.
I got a bed liner yesterday and I got my 2008-16 mirrors in today and painted them. I think the parts that I have taped I might try to paint it the same tan as the bottom of the truck.

Those mirrors came off as I couldn't stand my horrible paint job. New mirrors come in tomorrow but I finally got around to putting my leveling kit on.

The springs seem much bigger than 2.5" side to side on the ground lol.

Those look good. How's the visibility out of them? Are they better than the 08-16? Because I know the 99-07 suck compared to the 08-16 mirrors. That being said do you want to sell the stock mirrors? Lol!

Thank you! The 08-16 I think has the best visibility but I don't think they look right on these trucks. The convex mirror of course is nice and these still have decent visibility but I think it's about the same as the stock ones for the visibility in the main mirror. The '17 style definitely has less visibility but still adequate however if you tow a lot I'd still recommend getting the 08-16.
