To be honest I was not sure what all they wear doing either lol. I dont know very much about suspension just that I wanted long travel and my 4x4. So I gave them a call and they handled it all for me. Made it very EZ for some one like me.

Its too bad I wonte be able to put her through the paces on this trip home. The front hood needs 4 more hood pins to stabilize it. Plus I need my front skid plate. Then adding the weight to the rear.

I only get to come home for 15days. And 5 of them are going to be in the Bahamas. So I get 10 days with my truck and wont be state side again for another year!

Check out addictivedesertdesigns.com for a prerunner type front bumper. I just got they're stealth winch version and I like it a lot. And the tiregate and spare aren't enough weight in the rear?

Ya I contacted addictivedesertdesigns.com about a bumper for my truck but they dont do custom orders. The issue I have is that my truck is a 04-08 body style with a 09+ front end. So the frame and body dont meet up like a normal truck.

I have been in contact with a guy Adrian Mirabal who works at Vegas Dezert fab. They are the guys that do the Full droop TV series. He was telling me they could build me a great front bumper for about $1k. I have seen there work and really like it. Its all very clean.

I think the Tiregate and spare will not be enough weight. Most prerunners and TT's have two full size spares and a fuel tank at least. So I hope to add some weight some how. Probably by adding things like a extra gas can on one side and a potable water can on the other. Then mount a full size jack and maybe a extra drive line and shovel. But the down side to that is all of it will start eating into my bed space. I dont know for sure I will test drive it with just the full size spare and tire gate and see how she does.

So is your stealth bumper on order or have installed it yet? That is a sick bumper for sure. Does it come with a wench or do you have to add one to it? ADD how some great bolt on options.

They told you they don't do custom orders?! That's wierd cause my sliders were custom and they're gunna build a custom rear bumper too. And I'd say to test drive the truck before you go adding a lot of weight cause weight is your enemy! That's the issue I'm having with designing a bed cage so that I can still have usable bed space. Then I'm getting the ADD chase rack to mount my spare so it will be out of the bed. And I had my bumper on my truck for about 4 days haha then I noticed line x messed up and it was rusting already. It doesn't come with the winch but it has all the provisions for one. Ill post up a pic of my bumper in a sec.

man that is so sick! looks great. Love the FORD inserts on your grill. Ya I contacted ADD a few months ago. I told them I liked the look for there bumper for my year but would need a few things changed on it and they sent me an email saying they dont do that. So they lost me as a potential customer.

Well my dad now has the truck back from Brenthel. He just hasn't had time to put my new wheels and tires on yet. Hopefully that will get done tommorow.
