I purchased a grille from paulproe, through paypal, and he shipped the next business day. Even though the packaging seemed more than sufficient, there was a slight issue with damage to the grille, which I decided wasn't that big of a deal. He went out of his way and contacted fed ex to try and begin a claim and told me he would do what he needed to (discount etc) in order to make things right, which I decided didn't need to happen.


Would definitely do business with him again.
