I have the same problem and will post in this older thread since it's still active. I sent a PM to the member that wrote post no. 4 to inquire about the seller of his kit, I'm shopping around on ebay, Rock Auto, and elsewhere.

A caster/cam bolt kit is not included in the suspension kits on ebay. I am considering order one kit for each side, but notice the degrees of movement are different on kits. My hunting rig is a 200 F-150 with 4WD. Anyone know which bolt kit or how to find out?

Another issue of size specification is the stabilizer bar bushings. I see bushing for 4WD models that are sizes 27mm, 33mm, and 35mm. Is there an answer in a book or do I have to measure and guess?

Buy MOOG lower ball joints, and upper control arms. The uppers are a breeze to install, lowers can be a pain. Moog products are beefier and have grease fittings so you can grease them and they'll last forever.

I am definitely trying to find a good deal on Moog parts. The poster in no. 4 states that the parts he bought in a kit were Moog. I am sending messages to ebay sellers and looking pretty hard.

The price is right but the balljoints do not have greese zerts and if there not Moog there not worth it IMO. if youve ever had a balljoint break on you while going around a corner 60miles from home you will understand why I say this.
