Got them from the dealership for a lot less than that. That's robbery at there prices. Go to another dealer.

i used the parts numbers you have listed on Tasca, I also noticed that there are other "turn signals" alailable but its listed as a "puddle lamp" is that right? If so, strange name for it, any thoughts on why it would be labled as that instead of "turn signal" or "blinker assembly" or something like that?

A Puddle Lamp is the light under the mirror to illuminate your entry into the vehicle, hence the name "Puddle" as it is supposed to prevent you from stepping into a puddle getting into the truck.

i realize what a puddle lamp is. What i was confused about was the parts number you have listed for the led blinkers/repeater lamps. The part number yields both a "turn signal" and "puddle lamp." In addition, the illistration shows the "turn signal" as the front side reflector on the mirrow, and the "puddle lamp" as the led turn signal. Here is a link to what i am talking about. I understand that the illistrations are a little of sometimes, but this looks pretty straight forward.

Question Question

Hi everyone. I'd like to thanks Bob_Mac for his wonderfull step by step DIY. Before I order the parts, I have a question for Bob or those who have done the installation (maybe I missed something in the steps) :

Is there wires already in the door where I can tap mine from the blinkers mentionned in the DIY? Or do I have to bring the wires under the steering wheel and find the correct wires to tap on all by myself?

Thanks all

Tireur

The wires are just before the connector in the harness that goes into the mirror, you have to tap into either the connector or just before it.
