Dealer was suppose to flush at 37K, I assume he did and not just a pan drop with filter.

Change the fluid and filter on my auto transmissions every 30K miles, cheap insurance

currently at 20K on my 2013. When I pull the pan ill weld in a drain plug to make future changes less messy

Had my tranny flushed and then pan dropped and filter changed after the flush at 80,000 miles. It was $100 extra to do both at the same time. Figured for the piece of mind and 7-8 years until the next time I can justify the $100. I was gonna just go home and do the pan drop and filter change myself but my time and parts/fluid cost wasn't worth it....and I hate tranny fluid getting everywhere.

Did you do the bulkhead o-rings as a preventive measure, while you had the pan down, or was it leaking?

Got one in case the old one was leaking. I ended up having the latest version installed from the factory, but replaced anyways while it was apart.

Is this something that will usually leak from one of fords great early designs like the coolant Y connector? IF so I will get one and change mine next tranny Fluid change in about a year. Any links to the correct part#?

Yes. Ford used to sell the entire fitting. Now they just sell the 0-rings and you reuse your original fitting. I think that I am going to do my trans fluid at 30K and will do the o-rings when I have the pan down.
