Turbo intake tube oil leak

Turbo intake tube oil leak
I've seen a lot of posts talking about an infamous oil leak, but I haven't had any luck finding a fix! I'm hoping someone can help me out.
I'm driving a '13 Explorer sport (3.5L EcoBoost).
It's developed an oil leak, we think from the Turbo tube that drips onto the front valve cover -- it's pretty bad.
The dealership said there is a TSB for that, where they replace the rear valve cover gasket to correct an over-pressure problem.
That was done, but it hasn't corrected the problem.
Dealership is saying that I might need a new turbo or a new engine.
I'm hoping there's a better answer than that -- is there any other remedy for this?
