Did not help me at all. Stock tires are stock tires.

This was in my mustang with VHT. Helped me when I was running in the PSCA EFI Challenge class. In the last couple years they outlawed the use of VHT on tires.

Not surprising.

I think even 1.9 sixty ft at best 13.40s. Side note I been racing at that track since 08. Sexthan come on down to Baton Rouge and we can have a friendly day at the track. I'll buy you beer, lunch or dinner u name it. .. best out of 5 ?
Not that it matters, but my fastest two times were both hot-lapped. I think sitting let the blower get hot while running back to back it was cool from cruising back. I always coasted to the last lane to get off the track to get maximum cool-down time.

I have been thinking this the whole time. It way faster than all the other tune only ecos. He has something else going on IMO, weight reduction, more mods, different fuel. It's so far off other people I'd have to see him fill up at the gas station and follow to the track before I'd believe that it was just a freak.

No offense setx, I've seen too many people pull **** too many times and the data says something's up with your setup. Not that anything is wrong with gaining an advantage, just be honest about everything you've done. Like stop calling your truck a "tune only" when you are running performance tires and are lowered, that we know about.

Either way, good times for both of you. You have so much less $$ into upgrades (my current setup has me a little over $3k invested compared to if I had bough and eco) than I do and run decent times.

Spare tire is removed and I put $10 worth of shell 93 octane in. I never go to the track with more than right under a 1/4 of a tank. I stwed that I took complete pictures all around and under my truck for everyone.
