Hi everone

Bought my first ford in December, unfortunitally seized up the motor in it last sunday. 5.4 liter 3 valve engine code v.

juat don't have the experience sourcing ford parts. Can anyone recommend for me whether to try a used motor or just go with reman? If so can someone recommend a shop to do some decent motor work. Would prefer if someone has had a good experience personally.
