I would in IMHO wait in tuners for this platform because basically they will be very apparent to Ford and that will give then ample reason to void your warranty I would wait until real tuners with good hardware and software step into the arena but if you have to choice why pay 600$ vs 300$ they are both going to leave an impression and kill your warranty if Ford keeps their records at all, hopefully this is fixed but it will be both a hardware and software revision, I guess saving 20-30 a unit for less memory was more important than keeping peoples warranties

What do you mean by "real tuners?"

Superchips and Edge have been in business for a long time and are found on 10's of 1000's of vehicles. They make real power increases for little money.

This product does exactly as advertised. It does not harm your engine, and gives you a huge increase in power. There are a few behaviors this tuner has that some people do not like and Superchips is working on correcting that, most are very happy with the performance increase.

Superchips will update the latest stock Ford file to there site when it is released.

Sorry typing on my phone basically I'm saying the options out there are not very good and basically why spend more money on one vs the other when they both leave a massive foot print, but IMHO they both lack in their invisibility and should really caution people that Ford can easily spot their work

I come from a couple of different communities BMW to subura and invisiblility is a must the question on whether the tune harms your engine has not been brought up but a major flaw has been exposed and people should know that these tuners are not downloading their stock tunes which could leave them sol if the dealer asks about it on a warranty claim plain ans simple, I understand they have been in business a long time but if they flush peoples warranties down the drain they won't be...but honestly I hope they can fix their issues trustme I would love some more power

The intake / under hood / waste gate noise – The engine shutter – The detonation / Pining:
We have been able to replicate all of these at our facility. We still have work ahead of us before we can release this in an update. We will be working hard to make this available asap.

Stock files:
We have new stock files for the 2011 and 2012 Eco Boost. We will be adding them to the update system asap.

I think the detonation myself and a few others on here have experienced with the SuperChips tuner will definitely harm your engine.

At least guys we can say they are looking out for us and are trying to make everything good. Just give it time it's a new platform and they will get it all straightened away there working on fixes as we speak from What there saying so time will tell.
