Default Spark plugs

I heard that the spark plugs break when removing them? Is there anything I can do to prevent that?

Lets start with....

Year, Make, model, engine, mileage. That will tell us a lot.

The 5.4l's had issues with the plugs breaking. I have not heard of anyone having issues with the 5.0 or the ecoboost.

The Ecoboost 3.5L plugs only needed 11 ft/in. so even dealers can over torque and crack the porcelain when installing them.
