If I have time ill see if I can crawl under and get a pic of the muffler and rubber hanger, it took me and a co worker and a 6 foot pry bar to convince it to move but when we got a roush raptor in the hanger and muffler looked identicle to the position of mine

I received this from ROUSH concerning the alignment of the exhaust.
"Thanks for contacting ROUSH Performance.
How the hangers are orientated on the exhaust system is how the orientation is to be. The word ROUSH shouldn't need to be visible.

I recently installed the F-150 Exhaust for 6.2L /5.0L/3.5L (2011-2013) on my 2012 F-150. The "ROUSH" on the muffler is not visible and there seems to be no way of turning the muffler since the hanger in welded to the muffler. Is the muffler supposed to be turned different?
Thanks for any information."

That's interesting.... I'm really wondering if the rotation has any effect as the muffler is a straight through design.... So if really "shouldn't" matter how it is rotated, though I know others have said it made a difference.

So what then accounts for all the discrepancies here with the in-cabin drone? Roush needs to take a look at this thread, as I've told them, to see that that there's a lot of guys having significant problems with this setup. Putting the res back on cured it for me, but that took the teeth out of it. Last Roush part I will ever buy...
