Ok with 5699 lbs the EB still wins by the same margins

Times fixed in the OP to the correct weight

So if you take the cost of the EB when you by the truck + the livernois tune, and use that to mod the 5.0 ltr with the boss intake headers and tune the EB still wins in a drag race by .5 as long as both trucks weigh the same.
You cant argue with physics people it takes a given HP to move a given weight at a set rate of speed.

Now when you put forced induction on the 5.0 the EB loses but that will cost some coin and them two trucks tuned by JPL are proof of that!!!
I will say this 100% fact we will never see a EB f150 run LOW 11s like that JPL truck!!!period if we do I will shave my head and ***** paint them blue and put ford ovals on them and dance like a retard , and upload a video to youtube

1st. I'm not really getting into a Loki, I mean pissin' contest here. I just pointed out what truck weighs 4865 lbs.

2nd. If I bought the truck to race I'd just run the Zex wet kit and tires and call it a day.

You got a razor and paint? It will take time, but some joker out there will go nuts with the EB in a regular cab truck. Who knew we'd see stock long-block GN's (also mid 14's stock) would be running low 10's, and stock block GN's running 8's? Same could be said for Syclones and a number of other factory turbocharged vehicles.

Only a CAI and 5-Star tune; otherwise, completely stock ... including stock factory exhaust ... not bad I'd say for a 4x4. I am very pleased.

60' - 2.118
1/8 - 9.05 @ 78.54
1/4 - 14.030 @ 98.68 mph

That's an awesome time for a RC truck. You should be proud. Now if that were a Screw I would be real impressed

Thanks Geno. I think stock-for-stock the 5.0 and the 3.5 TT should run similar times. Last month, my best time was 14.801 in similar weather/track conditions. I was launching in 4Hi and switching to 4x2. Although display indicated it made the switch from 4x4 to 4x2, it didn't.
It might not make much sense to most folks, however, even with a little wheel spin off the tree, my best 60' was in 2Hi. Gotta' get some traction bars if I'm gonna' continue to race on street tires.

A f150 ecoboost screw 4x4 curb weight is 5699 add a 200lb driver 5899

Using the 1/4 mile cal it should running the Livernois dyno tuned power ratings of 360 wheel hp it should run 14.62 dropping 150 lbs for spare and talegate it should run 14.45

http://robrobinette.com/et.htm

Same truck with the 5.0 and five star tune pushing 285 rwhp just tune no other mods
would run 15.62
CAI boss intake and headers

320hp wound run a 15.03

So with the exact same trucks and tune only the EB should be almost a second ahead
Put the boss intake tune and headers almost $1500 in parts and tune, vs just the tune $599 for the EB and it would still be half a second ahead.

Hows that for bench racing LOL!!!!!
It's flawed , you are comparing a Dyna-jet Dyno wiyth a Dyno-Dynamics dyno which ALWAYS reads lower than Dyna-Jet. Fudging on the EB weights also I see. Nice try.
