I emailed in to ask about a few other transmission programming changes, and was told it would be looked into, but I've never heard back from anybody since that point several weeks ago.
My sincerest apologies if none of our guys got back with you. Could you please pm or email me your information and we will look into this ASAP. Also most everybody on here can agree that the new plugs gapped properly will eliminate any idle characteristics that are less than desirable. The latest plugs that we use are an iridium finewire design instead of the platinum version that most came with from the factory which can be found here on our website. http://www.livernoismotorsports.com/...torsports.html

I emailed and called about this nearly the same day I loaded v10 back when it was released. Mine was never fixed. You guys said that it was due to the latest ford update. I did mention running Unleashed and it didn't do the 3-4 slip at 25mph under light throttle. Just move that shift to 27-30 like every other tune and v10 would be fixed...that and make it shift at 6000-6200.

PM Sent... All of my plugs were gapped at .032 with Motorcraft OEM Iridium plugs that are one temp range cooler than the factory plugs in my '11 Ecoboost when I put them in. They have ~30k miles on them (truck has 62k on it) at this point.

The plugs shouldn't matter on the rough cold start idle (seems to be more of an ignition timing issue), as the truck is smooth the rest of the time once it is warmed up, and it doesn't have this problem with cold starts when I revert back to the stock tune.

Sorry to hear this. Did not see anything unusual with the tunes you are running. Our truck is running great on these same files. I will have a custom revision sent to you when I am back in the office to see how you like it.

I hope they got it fixed for you. It's time to see some positive LMS posts.

Yeah I totally agree ! It's crazy how they were the top dog for a little while and everybody wanted LMS and with the latest V10 let down they barely in the top tuner conversation these days. IMO

I haven't had any issues with my V10. I wish it was a little faster at the track, but it didn't do too bad.

I like my LMS tune.... When it's working.

I live in CO and since it's snowboarding season I'm in the mountains every weekend. My tune doesn't do well at high elevation. I get a P0299 DTC. this is a turbo underboost. When it happens my turbos completely stop working and driving at 10-12k feet with no turbos means u can't go up hills. It's a HUGE problem.

If I re-tune it the problem immediately goes away but will then come back next time I go to the mountains. It's becoming annoying. And embarrassing when I show my truck off to people and then have to pull over to the shoulder just so I can reload my tune.

LMS has great customer service. They always get back to me. I have mentioned this to them but I don't think they have a fix for it.

Anyone else in CO have this issue?

LMS needs to put some ambition back into their f150 ecoboost tuning. No one likes stale chips, even if they're Cool Ranch Doritos.
