Need help SCT livewire ts error code

Default Need help SCT livewire ts error code

I just tuned my truck again. To come race at the track tonight. After loading the race tune from 5star. The tuner won't connect to the truck. I can't return the truck to stock or bring up the gauge layout. It gives you instructions to turn off the auto connect under settings. I do that. And the tuner will display error code #10007. Can't find any information online. And sct is closed for the weekend. Any help will be appreciated. Will post up pics of the screen and error code I get in a few minutes.

Disconnected the battery. Let it sit for 10 mins. Reconnected the battery. Everything works like normal now. Will follow up.

Mine was doing that then is **** the bed completely. Its at SCT and if they can't fix it, it will be replaced.

Tuner went out again today. I can not get it to connect to the truck. It will power on. And the screen works. But there's no communication with the truck. Tried to connect it to my computer. And it won't register or " install the software". Hopefully their tech support will be able to help me tomorrow. As it sits. I can't return the truck to stock if I needed to.

Go to device info screen on the livewire and scroll all the way to the bottom and see if it lists and error.

Well I finally had time to call SCT tech support. What a joke. The lady that helped me wasn't polite, nor respectful. I have to return the livewire to them. And I have to pay shipping on an $650 item?!? That's ridiculous. It may only be 10-15 to ship it. But their product broke. And it will be a 7-10 return after they receive it. Nothing is wrong with my truck. The custom tune works great. But if I need to return it to stock I can't. And she wasn't really clear with how they will obtain my stock file from the tuner. I was transferred to another worker who explained it a little better. But I don't feel %100 comfortable with the process.

Hey Hodown, call back and tell them to send you a shipping label and they will cover it. They told me I had to pay to ship mine back and when I called them out on it, they said they would send me a label.

I called back. And was told (after being on hold again for 20 mins) and they would send me a label to ship it. I will get it tomorrow. Well because of work, I wouldn't be able to ship it for another week. So I bit the bullet and shipped it today.
