237,000 miles on my '11 Ecoboost now. Just this week threw in a used tranny with 52000 miles on it and had a caliper explode that got replaced. Hoping to get up towards that 300k mark, another 2 years, before getting a new one. Hopefully few additional issues and I can get up there relatively trouble free

My 2012 5.0 had 125,000 miles or so when I traded recently. $20 in O rings to solve coolant leak and $15 to replace oil pressure sensor. So yeah...it was a money pit.

When I bought my 2012, it had 125,000 miles, all highway, and no known issues. I did not personally know the previous owner but knew his name/reputation (a perk of living in a rural area- you know or know of everyone)

I had to put a junkyard motor in at 177,000 miles. Issue started with a misfire around 150,000 miles, I changed an injector, plugs, coil, and it only got worse. So it became a money pit and I traded it (it was a SCab and I wanted a SCrew anyway)

2014 5.0 89,xxx. No real issues. Driveshaft clunk and replaced battery at 80,xxx. Gets 16-21 mpg, no oil consumption or engine knock. Will replace plugs soon

Thumbs up most miles EB

My 2011 super crew cab 4X4 XLT with Eco boost 3.5 has right at 220,000 miles on it, still running strong as ever looking forward to a road trip next week towing my 25' travel trailer.
no major repairs yet, just spark plugs, and replaced the 2 Oxy sensors. still pulls the 6600 Lb trailer over the rocky mountains like it is nothing. the Eco boost is the best gas engine I have ever towed with LOVE that Eco boost 3.5. plan on replacing it with another F-150 with Eco Boost 3.5 when I hit 300,000 miles.

Any updates on high mileage 5.0 or ecoboost? My 2014 ecoboost is coming up on 115,000 miles only routine maintenance. This has been the most reliable truck I’ve ever owned

329,000 miles...been a long time since I posted on the forum but was bored.

shes getting tired but no massive issues since I posted about the tranny. Put a battery in last week, front brakes over the summer, drive shaft fall of '21.

Is she perfect...no. Got a misfire during higher turbo psi I'm sure ignition coils would fix and the leak around the coolant reservoir...as well as rattle on startup timing chain replacement at 85k Mile's didnt fix...but I don't care at this point. Trying to put as little into it as possible and drive for one more year or til she blows. If she's still going who knows maybe I keep driving. Just getting tougher to trust on long trips
