Lol antilag is so cool. I got to experience something similar in the flesh (outside the car) and it was scary loud. Kept the boost on though!

Oh, and I miss my evo as well.

Default 2011 f150 very quick off the line, not with 2013

I have 2 f150s with ecoboost a 2011 with 102000 miles and a 2013 with 50000. My son drives my 2011. I took the 2011 in for some new tires and when I took off from the light I almost rear ended the guy in front of me because it took off so quick. This happened several times during the day. I was happy with the 2013 until now. The difference is big. The throttle response is so much better on the 2011. Its not just taking off from a dead stop but all speeds. Im taking the 2011 in to have tranny fluid changed and I will talk to service guys but Im not optimistic. There is some turbo lag on the 2011 but the 2013 is worse. The 2011 actually feels like a much bigger engine 0-70mph. The 2011 is actually fun to drive. I can not figure out why it would have such a difference in throttle response. Ill let you know what I find out

Also both trucks have the same rear gear ratio 3.73 I think and both tests were with the traction control off. What tuners do you guys like? I realize this thread is 4 years old. The truck does have the ability to run great without a tunerI just don't know if ford techs know how to do that
