Welcome to the F150 forum Charlie...I hope someone has some test data that they can share....my 3.15 geared ECO runs really strong just wondering how it stacks up to the 3.55 & 3.73 geared trucks.

Just got home from my first outing with my truck. Scab 4wd 3.55 eco. I would have never believed it but 14.85 firat pass no cool down. 14.56 second pass 45 min cool down. Last pass 14.44 2 hour cool down. I dont blame you if you dont believe it because when i read people were going that fast, i didnt be cause the truck just felt slow. But now i have evidence.

Hey man, if you say so I believe you....I was not there....sounds pretty quick to me............I think I need to track mine as well to get a base line and see what a 2wd 3.15 gear screw will do and see where I stack up....what I'd love to do first is to get a good reading on a dyno to see where my truck falls into as far as rear wheel hp and then make some 1/4 mile runs.....thanks

Don't think you'll see much of a difference with the flat torque curve and a 6 speed.

It sounds fast to me too. I was launching in 4wd and my last pass it was about 58 degrees out so the conditions were pretty good. I do have a solo exhaust, but honestly it didnt feel any different with it, but maybe it did help.

good **** man, what you think you feel is slow, but is actually fairly quick. did you ever run it without the solo exhaust? these trucks seem to like it when they are cooled off for a period of time, great times!
