Here are two pictures of.....
...one of the body plugs on the back wall of my SuperCrew.
Very common part used to quickly affix components during assembly.
Not too unusual to find an "extra" one.....as they are easy to drop while truck is moving down the assembly line.

I found several locations where that could of come from. I would suggest laying the back seat down, if you can get to the latch, and checking for missing plugs against the back wall. Only takes a minute if you've done it before.
Since the surface is textured it looks like the one that is low right(or left) side of rear seat mounting bolt, where the plastic ends and rear felt backing starts.
EDIT: I didn't see Northlights post. That must be the plug. Although mine do not have a textured surface.
