I kind of built my own by looking at solo's setup. I cut off the entire factory system at the first resonator and welded in a y-pipe that went to dual 2.5'' piping. I then ran that into a Dynomax ultraflo x muffler that was dual 2.5'' inlet and outlet. Then I ran it to 4'' tips out both sides at a downward angle. I love the sound and the look. Loud when I want it and mellow with no drone when I don't.

Yup! I haven't checked my mpg screen in months...for obvious reasons.

Mine was a cat back with duals out the back. A tip placement thread would be a good idea. I wanted duals coming out the corners, but that wasn't available. Sound was the first priority...not placement.

I will also advocate for a muffler replacement. I swapped my muffler out for a flowmaster super 44 and put a nice stainless tip on it. System sounds good, low deep sound, quiet but still not stock on the highway, and no drone. best of all, $240 out the door...

Happen to know what the part number was on the Flowmaster you used?

Default New Tip Borla 20246

Here is my new polished stainless tip. I have a Borla muffler 40842S with the resonator delete pipe.
